Little delicate pastries with vegetable, pork & prawn fillings made to traditional Chinese Yum Cha 'dim sum' recipe.

Ideal for appetisers, finger foods, snacks and party's food. Versatile in re-heating, can be steamed, microwave, convention oven, deep or shallow fry, also suitable for boiling and in soups.

Ingredients

Vegetables (30%) [Cabbage, Onion, Bamboo Shoots], Pork (23%), Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Prawn (6%), Water, Potato Starch, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621), Sesame Oil, Gluten, Sherry, Pepper.

Usage & Storage

Store at or below minus 18 degrees centigrade. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

Cooking Information

Steaming – Steam frozen products over rapidly boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
Oven – Pre heat oven to 200°C. Place frozen products onto a suitable ovenproof dish. Heat for 15-17 minutes.
Microwave – Microwave ovens vary in the rate of heating. Place frozen products onto a shallow plate. Cover the dish with polyethylene food wrap. Heat on high power for 2-5 minutes.
Frying – Defrost frozen products. Heat the frying oil to 190°C. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and place on absorbent material and stand for 2 minutes before serving
Boiling – Place frozen products in a pan of cold water. Heat until water boils. Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Drain water and serve.
